Presence
Dress, body language and confidence — how you occupy a room before you have said anything.

First time in Nokha
Because the world needs more confident leaders.
The story
The Art of Modern Leadership is a two-hour live session on presence, personal branding and communication — and the first event of its kind to be held in Nokha. It was held on Sunday, 9 August 2026, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Govindam Hotel & Restaurant.
The session was led by Sushmita Sethia, an anchor, influencer and life skills trainer based in Bangalore. It is built for anyone who has to stand in front of people and be taken seriously — students preparing for interviews, young professionals, and anyone building something of their own.
The focus is deliberately practical rather than motivational. How you carry yourself in a room. How your identity reads online and offline. What to actually post, and how to grow an audience on Instagram. How to speak so that people listen. The premise is simple: the world needs more confident leaders.
Dress, body language and confidence — how you occupy a room before you have said anything.
Building your identity online and offline, so both tell the same story.
What to post and how to grow on Instagram, from someone who has actually done it.
Speaking and influencing like a leader — structure, delivery and holding a room.
